WORKSHOPS

ON LEADERSHIP AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Leadership Workout (1 Hour)

This is not a passive lecture where you and your team watch the powerpoint slides drip by, looking at your phones, longing to be elsewhere.

No - this is an active workout.

You and your colleagues will be working to solve a variety of leadership related tasks and challenges. Woven throughout the exercises will be practical tools, insights, discussions and reflections around leadership.

Send me a wee email if you would like to learn more.

Build your Leadership Workshop

My workshops are light on the slides and heavy on the participation and engagement, so be prepared to learn as a team and develop your own brand of leadership.

We’ll design the day together to ensure it suits your organisation and your needs, but if you want an idea of what might go into a workshop - take a peek at these exercises.

Active | Practical | Experiential

  • Using the Repertory Grid Tool, we will explore what makes a leader succeed and what makes a leader fail.

  • Working in teams, you will practically build your leadership muscles - developing skills such as communication, feedback, prioritisation and working under pressure.

  • An exercise to explore the expectations we have for our followers and what they can expect of us, as leaders.

  • A introspective exercise, where we look inwards at our values and how they shape our decisions.

  • Learn the foundations of coaching and then put it into practice in twos and threes.

  • Identify and outline your unique brand of leadership - how do you want to show up?

  • What leadership skills and behaviours would you like to instil in yourself and your teams?

I am based in Edinburgh, UK, and am happy to work in person or virtually.
