Jono - Founder of Improvus

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to work with, instead of against, our emotions.

Improving our emotional intelligence is a life long pursuit - one I am still very much learning in my life!

The following tools, reflections and exercises include my understandings of EQ, as well as strategies I have used to become more adept in the language of emotions.

Happy doings!
